Health day at Scandic - with yoga, healthy food lecture and recovery in focus!
Enjoy a day of yoga, relaxation exercises, mindfulness, dance therapy and tips and knowledge about food that keeps you healthy and alert. With this day, we want to inspire you to choose health for both body and soul.

About our event
Yoga is the way, not the goal. Yoga is the path that leads you to increased mobility in both body and mind. You become open to an awareness of breathing that is vital for you to regain balance in your body.The day begins with a wonderful yoga session with Annika filled with beautiful exercises that increase your energy in body and mind.
Together we eat a wonderful breakfast and get to know each other.
After a nice break, we talk about diet and health and tips on food and lifestyle that will keep you healthy and fit with Miss Raw, after we have listened to Miss Raw med _cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b- 136bad5cf58d_all his tips on diet, we end the day with mindfulness exercises and dance exercises with Alba's "dance therapy" to reduce stress and increase the inner balance and become happier, you will not regret. (no dance experience needed)
