About our event

This Saturday you will have the opportunity to try for free before our course.

-Edelkis (leader) will show in 30 minutes what our lessons will look like.

Of all the performing arts, dance is the one that has emerged as the most therapeutic when it comes to averting the mental and physical ravages of age.

Registration can be made on our website or to telephone number 0761395921 Alba Lopez

Senior dance has a nice unstressed tempo and a little easier steps in the choreography, without in any way losing the feeling and attitude in the dance

Senior dance lessons are a great way to maintain well-being and stay active!

One of the great things about this type of course is that those who join dance classes are that they will meet other like-minded people of their own age. They can find a dance partner or a group of people that they feel comfortable dancing with. They will start making friends and it will help them maintain their social life

Dance is the movement of the body in all forms of touching hands, arms, feet, legs, hips and head. Dancing can be anything from jumping, jiva, tapping, tango, shaking the hips or moving the body.
